Need help to unlock optional 3rd of seats in 240DL 1988 Wagon 200 1988

I recently bought a great 240DL wagon and flipped in place the optional 3rd row of seats. It is now locked in place and I can't unlock it to fold it back into the bottom of the car. I have tried pushing all the buttons I could find but it remains caught/locked underneath..I must be missing something simple and stupid. Thanks a million for your help. Philip
