Painted Alloys 900 1993

Hello,

The PO painted the wheels white with some type of epoxy. I've tried just about every chemical I could find at Home Depot/Pep Boys to remove the paint but the epoxy just laughs at it. Is there anything that will remove this stuff or should I just live with white wheels.
