71 142E broken exhaust bolt in cyl. Head- bad news....What to do? 140-160

Hi guys,
Bad news this evening. I had an obvious exhaust gasket failure on my 71 142E and decided to change the gasket. The "Tic-Tic-Tic" of the leaking gasket was getting on my nerves.
I pressure washed the engine yesterday and parked it in the garage last night. This morning, I soaked each bolt with PB Blaster and began disassembly this afternoon. As I loosened the "rearmost" bolt on the exhaust manifole, it snapped off and left a big piece inside the cylinder head.

I uttered 4-letter words and then came inside to the computer to calm down.

Now, after one gin & tonic whilst I review the contents of my cheap Harbor Freight "Universal Bolt Extractor Kit", I am wondering if any of my fellow brickboard guys has any better ideas.
I plan(in the morning) to drill a hole in the center of the bolt and attempt to use an "Easy-out" to remove the bolt. Having never done this before, I am nervous.

I love my brick and do not want to have to do a cylinder head removal/swap unless necessary.

Any tips or ideas?

Thanks guys,

Jeremy
