Needle / Jet Suggestions for a B18 w/ twin SUs a 5000-ft elevation?

I have a B18A with twin SU HS-6.
I just got these SUs from Z-Therapy, completly rebuilt.
They came with 0.099 Jets and SM needles.
I am in Dever, @ 5000-ft.
Cannot get the engine to run well with this carb configuration.

Anyone know what the correct setup is for 5000-ft ? Z-Therapy did not an took a guess.
