High Pressure Windshield pump/motor. 200 1991

So I just replaced one of the jets/nozzles on my widnshield washer but am still having some pressure issues. When I had a clogged jet i assumed that all the pressure was going to just one jet and that was why the wiper fluid shot over my car and hit the trunk. But now that I have cleaned both jets and put the system together, I have the same problem. It does not look like I can adust the spray direction of the nozzles, so as for now I am currently sending two streams of water over my car. Do I just need to go grab a new pump/motor? Or is there another problem?
