I have never run across a factory radio amplifier in a 240 but seem to remember reading about them in the later model 240's.

I am going to put an aftermarket radio in a 1990 244 and wonder if I will be dealing with bypassing an amplifier like in the 740's I have done. If so could you tell me where it is please.
