Touch-up paint for my 1982 245 200

I'd sure like to find some of that old Volvo touch-up paint. The stuff I got in the dab-on bottle through the dealer so long ago was a little pricey, but really durable. Dealer says no longer available. Any suggestions for a durable substitute? My '82 is the off-white/ivory, except in the few small spots around the rear hatch and windows where the rust is poking through.
