1982 245 GLT M46 stumbles during acceleration when hot out 200

Got an '82 turbo wagon. Whenever it's out and i've been driving the car awhile, it tends to stumble/buck when I accelerate. It happens in and out of boost. The car idles fine. This only happens when the outside temp's over about 80 degrees and the car's been running for awhile. Just had the car smogged last year and had new O2 sensor put in. Any ideas?
