New oil at Walmart?

Hi all,
As I was perusing my local Walmart today, I saw some oil I hadn't seen before, Rotella T synthetic in 5w40 weight. I had not seen Rotella synthetic or in 5w40 before. If seems to be designed for diesel engine as it advertises it helps with sooting. The kick is that it is $13.48 a gallon. I am intrigued but will stick with mobil 1. Just wondering what you all have heard or opinions.
