Part # for R&W vacuum check valve needed 700 1989

For a 1989 740T auto: My turbo's little red and white vacuum check valve in not checking- it passes air both way when I blow through it. Does someone have the part number on this thing so I can get a replacement? I ordered a part, but was shipped the wrong thing.
I replaced the B&W check valve, and ut stopped some of the vent flapping, but the dash vents still close (and open the floorboard and defrost vents) under boost. What did I miss?
