Swap a 03-71L for a 03-70L? 700

Is this a possible swap or not?

I found a low mileage (130,000) 03-71L and I want to replace my high mileage (290,000 miles) 03-70L.

I am not sure if this is a good idea or not so I am asking you all. Thanks.
