240 Fault codes 2-2-1 and 2-3-1 200 1992

I get the fault codes 2-2-1 and 2-3-1 I now what the mean (fuel system compensating for rich or lean fuel mixure..)I have replaced the fuel filter first time after 150000 miles/ air filter. Cleaned throttle body.
I do not notice much difference in driving except a little rough idle.(was very rough before I replace fuel filter and used Techron.
Does any one have any suggestions in which direction I should look next.
