switching upper dash- need advice on best way to do it/ where the bolts are 200 1985

The upper dash on my '82 244 GLT is all cracked up- but the one in my '85 240 DL is almost perfect, so I plan on switching them. (from what I can tell they are the same size- correct?)

I've done the blower fan replace, but I didn't remove the dash- so I'm not familiar with the locations of the screws/bolts. I know this will probably be a time consuming but fairly easy exchange, I'd just like to go into it with some knowledge...
