1983 240 exhaust manifold needed. 200

In tracking down an idle surging problem, I found or created another problem. The O2 sensor threads in my 1983 245 exhaust manifold are stripped. It also has a creak in the Y between cylinders 3 and 4.
Does anyone have a good manifold I can buy? I live in Oklahoma, so a midwestern location would reduce shipping cost. I think later year manifolds would also work.
