Worn Out Rotors? 120-130

Soon I will be doing some brake work on my 1965 122. I just want to know at what point I should consider replacing my front brake rotors. I haven't even looked at them yet, but I assume, that I should measure them before I have them ground and if they are too thin it would be a good time to replace them. But, what is too thin? Or, is there another way to judge when they are worn out?
