D-Jet injector servicing 140-160

So I've found fuel injection hose at the right price, and someone on eBay was willing to do international shipping on correct FI hose clamps (although it's Mercedes branded), so today I've quickly ripped out the fuel rail and the injectors. Some of those injectors look a bit dirty. Any advice on cleaning them before putting them back? The engine does start very easy and runs smoothly, so I think they are working OK. It was just the hoses that got old and also the garden hose clamps that were cutting into the rubber. So what do you guys normally do while the injectors are out? Thanks.

PS: I've found that since 02/2005 in New Zealand you may not fit light bulbs with a higher rating than approved by the car manufacturer, so I'll just replace my 55/60 halogens with 60/55 xenons and add a relay to help a bit more...
