91 740 turbo, help! 700

My Volvo won't run! I have posted here several times in the last 6 months and I still have not solved my problem. Here is where I am at, if I remove the electrical connection to #1 fuel injector the engine will run on three cyl, if I connect #1 injector power supply while the engine is running on three cyl the engine dies instantly.... the engine dramatically floods on all four cyl!
Any ideas?
