1987 244DL oil plug size and tire question 200

Hello there. I was wondering what size the oil drain plug on these bad boys are since I tried using a 22mm wrench and it still wouldn't fit the plug. Also, is it possible for the steel tires that came stock on my car to have rusted to the point of not holding air. I lose 10-20 psi every week and am constantly topping off. What else can this be? Thanks.
