1991 Volvo 240 stalling 200 1991

I have a 1991 Volo 240 that will stall while driving then kick back in (loss of power) and idle rough once in a while.I have replaced the fule filter, a complete tune-up(plugs, wires, coil, distibutor cap and rotor)and fuel relay. Has anyone had this problem?
