240 no spark 200 1986

240 no spark. Did Haynes test for pickup coil. Did not get spark jumping terminal b and c. Checked blue wire on Chrysler ignition control unit and there was 12volts. Checked number 10 wire on ignition control unit and there was ground continuity. Haynes ran me through the no start drill and at the end of the troubleshooting tree all it came up with was bad ground wire. Replaced main ground wire from battery to engine. Replaced ground wire from engine to firewall. Battery connections are new and clean.

Previous to this, car would drive a distance and die. Wait a while, would start and run, die. Replaced the main and tank fuel pumps. Hose in tank was broken at pump. Replaced idle control valve. Replaced temp sensor. Replaced oxygen sensor.
New plugs, rotor, wire, cap. Swapped out ECU with a reliable one with no change.
Main engine wire harness replaced six months ago.

Replaced fuel relay. Ignition switch does need to be replaced, has the flat spot.
Car has 240,000 miles.

Can almost guarantee that if I go out to yard right now car will start, run 30 seconds, die, no spark.

Aftermarket immobilizer wire to positive terminal of battery--have no idea where it goes. Spoke to garage that put in wire harness and asked them if they would normally re connect to ecu this immobilizer--they said dunno.

Tightened up all air hoses around throttle body with clamps. Cleaned Throttle body plate. Air filter does not seem like it has been used, seems like it has been getting air from someplace else. Getting burnt out on this hound dog.
