MY EXHAUST MANIFOLD/GASKETS ARE LEAKING (cackling on acceleration) Please help! 700

Does anyone know the exact sizes of the exhaust manifold studs? Where can i get say a 10.9 grade strength/hardness and the appropiate length? Also my studs are terribly rusted and really nestled into the manifold. How hard is it to replace my exhaust manifold gaskets? Would i need to have the shop do it with a cutting torch, and if so how much costs would i incur with all parts supplied to an average independent shop?
