My 92 240 sedan with 150l miles refuses to start. Electrical system seems to be working fine, the radio works, but the engine wont turn. could this be a starter issue? alternator? how much, approximately would i be out to have a mechanic fix it. and if i can do it myself, how difficult is the job?
