no power to the driver side rear door 700 1987

The power window and electric lock on the rear driver's side door to my 1987 760 is not working. The window switch on both the driver's door and rear door do not operate the window. It does not go up or down. And the power locks unlock and lock all the doors except the driver's side rear door. There is not any obvious fraying or decay on the wire that feeds into the door.

Is this a case where that door is simply not getting any power? Are the mechanisms for the power lock and power window connected?
