Just picked up a 240 and now its acting deadish 200 1984

Bought a wagon on Craigslist for $100 with recent fuel pumps. Ran home fine, sat for a couple of days and now, it won't run... It starts, but the idle is erratic and it dies within seconds. I checked the fuel pump relay (seems fine) and the fuel pumps are working. Anyone know what it could be? MAF?
