intake mani and head suggestions ??'s 200

I'm gunna be building up a B21FT and i know the stock intake mani isnt the best so what intake is best to use?..as far as other volvos. and is the B230 mani and the B230ft mani the same? or is there a difference between the tubo and N/A? what do you guys suggest.?

And what about heads? is there anything better to use than the stock one? and where can i find one....what cars have em?

ok, one last question. if i'm takin out the A/C and powersteering what do i do with the hoses to the steering rack? do i have to pug the ports or fill it with somthing first or what? i'm prolly makin it more complicated tahn it is but i jus want to make sure.
