1988 240 DL sedan, 149,000 miles, with windshield wipers that won't quit, until/unless I "fiddle" with the lever. OK car is old, so decided the lever switch was worn out; bought a used one (and a delay relay) from VLV World, and installed them both. SAME PROBLEM!! Is it possible the replacement used one is bad, too? Where is the problem most likely: in the wiper/lever switch or in the delay relay? Can the failure to stop be a problem elsewhere in the circuit, like at the motor?
