Ready to spring for a V90 and hope you can help me figure out what to ask for my 92 940GL 205K. Motor purrs and transmission shifts smoothly. Second owner since 40K. Exterior and interior in good condition. One small golfball sized ding on left rear quarter panel and a no rust on body (southern car). W/leather, cruise, sliding roof, central locks, power windows, alloys, automatic, seat heaters (don't work), ABS, 4 wheel disk and after market CD. 50% tread left on Dunlop Sport A2 tires. For negatives, the A/C doesn't work, it's got warped roters, and the front seals are leaking (may just need the PCV valve cleaned - planning to do that this weekend).

I've looked at Nadaguides, KBB, and Edmunds and they are all over the place with prices. A local used car dealer suggested I'd be able to get $8-900 wholesale or $16-1800 selling it myself. All suggestions welcomed and appreciated.
