How many quarts of Oil? 200

I have a 1984 245 turbo intercooled that I just got. I want to change the oil and I'm not sure how much oil to put in it. The car was converted to a water cooled turbo, so does this mean that I should just rund the normal 4 quarts of oil or should I use the recommended 4.7 quarts that includes the turbo? My '83 244 ti states that I should run 4 quarts if I don't drain the oil cooler, but if I do add an extra 4.7 quartes. So, if my turbo is water cooled, does that mean that I just change the oil with 4 quartes or? Thanks for any information and happy bricking.
