timing belt cover has oil 200 1986

i posted earlier about noticing a little oil hanging out around the coolant pump and fan. i thought maybe there was some funny seal around there that i didnt know about. well when poking around i found the source of the leak. i guess its one of the seals under the timing belt cover because theres oil in there. this seems to me to be a fairly serious issue considering rubber and oil are not very good friends and a timing belt failure is not cool. just so im clear though, theres 3 seals in there right? any special tools required? i know youre SUPPOSED to have some funny crankshaft holder in order to change the timing belt (i have a new belt and 3 seals) but i heard a long time ago that people were managing without. whats the best method of getting by without it? are there any one-time-use-only parts in there to surprise me and leave me carless for a week while i wait to order them? thanks alot guys
