Rear brake problem 200

I have a problem w/ the rear brake on my 88 240 w/ 190Km on the odometer.Every 3000 miles the rear drivers side brake pads is gone and scour the rotor. I replaced the drivers side rear brake hose and caliper about 3 mos. ago. Now the brake pads on the same side is gone again.What do you guys think should I do next.Thanks for all tips/suggestions.
