Do-It-Yourself 4hp22 Rebuild 700

Does anyone have any wisdom the would like share on rebuilding a ZF4hp22 on a 740 TD? Due to the cost of rebuilding and the inability to locate a junker to swap out trannies, I'm considering purchasing a rebuild kit. If anyone does have experience doing this resources to rebuild kits would be greatly appreciated.
