196-65-14 Yokohama Delta S6 Tires Too small? 200

Got some good pricing on 4 tires, but I was wondering if a 65 series tire would be too small, any ideas? Also they are Delta S6 which is a private label of Yokohama, anyone heard of them? Can't seem to find them on the internet, right now I have some Daytons which, well, to say the least, crap. So I was thinking, made by Yokohama, might be an upgrade from my Craptons.
