Rear Suspension: Support Arm Bushings 200 1991

FCP Groton calls these Support Arm Bushings. These Support Arms are perpendicular to the axle. I noticed one was shot, and expect to replace all 4. What to expect, how to replace, need to press out/in Bushings? Do you need a hydraulic Press to remove and install the bushings from the Support Arms?
