Distributor pin removal 900

Hi everyone
I replaced both O rings on distributor on my 940SE turbo, hoping that it would cure my oil leakage but sadly it did not. I had ordered seal and O rings from FCP Groton. Now I have tried my best with Vise and also with HAMMER to drive the pin out to replace the seal but to no avail. Finally I quit and am planning to install the distributor as it is and live with the leakage, but posted here wishing someone may come up with some ideas to remove the pin. Please provide some guidance.
