Leaking Sunroof 900 1995

I finally found the source of the water leak in our 1995 960. Turns out water is coming in from between the frame and the glass (pic). It's not the fuzzy seal that's the problem (pic), it's the rubber seal that's letting water in. Anybody seen this before and found an easy fix (other than handing over $800 to the dealer...)?
