Sunroof headliner...I'm STUCK

Hey guys,
I read the faq and searched the site i tried using the method on the faq:
how to remove sunroof headliner:
drop the screws except the fronts, pull on the headliner, should come out. It didn't. Is there another way that doesn't involve me having to realinge the freaking sunroof. I'm terrified of leaks and want to keep everything that i can attached.

the simplesest way for me is the BEST!
