A/C Clutch 900 1995

Has anybody ever removed an A/C clutch off a 960? Mine's toast and I don't want to pay $375 or so for a new compressor. Hancock Industries will rebuild the clutch that's on the car for a sane price, but I have no idea how to get it off. It's a 1995 964 with a Sanden compressor.
