turbo wheels and standard on the same car? 200

Hi Guys,
This isn't a 200 specific question - but anyway.

I've got 2 240 turbo wheels in the garage, and 4 standard multi-spoke (virgo?)alloy on the car. I eventually want to put 4 turbo wheels on there, but for now I've only got two. The front tires need to be replaced so....

Can I put 2 turbos on and leave two standards on? I don't know why I wouldn't be able to if I kept the same rolling diameter.

If I can do this - suggestions for turbos in front or back and tire brand suggestions
