Removing headliner and rear window on a Turbo 200

Do you need to take the trim off the rubber seal on the rear window (sedan) before taking the window out? I tried prying at it but I was worried about bending it. Any tips on getting the window out in one piece?

Also how does the headliner come off. Is it just clips like the door panels? I assume you take the grab handles off and sun visors off, but are there any other hidden screws?
