a c problems high pressure valve 700

Hello

my 87 745t has a what i belive to be a pressure relive valve under the car behing the bumper and in front of the passanger side wheel.
but it just leaks until the system is completly dry.
the ac has been converted to r134a.
what is this little t valve.
I called the dealer and they had no idea what i was talking about.
