Any important differences between 1993 and 1994-1995 940 ? 900

Is there any reason to prefer a 1994-1995 940 over a 1993, assuming the
mileage and condition are equal ?

The main difference I know about is that a passenger airbag
was added after 1993 (not sure if it was '94 or '95).

I assume that all 1993 940s have SIPS side impact protection
and R134 AC ?

Thanks,

Mike (1991 740 wagon w/296K miles)
