Exhaust shops for custom work in NY, NJ, PA, CT, ON or QC/PQ

I want to put together a 3" system for my 780 but getting ridiculous prices to bend a few pieces of 409 SS pipe. All the guys want to do it THEIR way, using their idea of which muffler and cat to use.

I'd like a recommendation for a shop willing to work with the customer, is equipped to mandrel bend 3" pipe, takes pride in their work and is reasonably priced. I'm downstate NY (Long Island) and Toronto ON.

Any thumbs up for places in NY, northern NJ, eastern PA, CT, southern Quebec or Ontario?
