Removing a 3rd rear seat. 200

I found a wagon in the junk yard today that has a complete 3rd seat in the thing. All the hardware is there (seatbelts, mounting clips, the whole deal.)

As far as I can tell, the seat is in pretty good shape too. No tears. Seat is black.

Anyway, what's involved in tearing one of these things out? Any hardware that might not be obvious that I should grab?

Off the topic, but this capped off a VERY good day for me at the junk yard. I also scored a complete leather back seat in great condition, not a single tear anywhere. It was also the same color as my current vinyl seats are. I also landed a steering wheel off of a turbo, and a perfect fender (that I posted about below.)

Sometimes you get lucky I guess.
