Leaky Hatch on an '89 245

The rear hatch on my 1989 245 DL leaks. After a good rain, when you open the hatch, water comes out of the hole at the inside top of the hatch on the left.
The car was also wrecked about 13 years ago and the hatch has a slight bend on the left side up at the hinge where it curves and meets the roof line. Will I need to totally replace the hatch or can it be tweeked. The water sometimes comes out of the window seal at the bottom of the window. Any help for this problem would be appreciated.
