Rebuilding Advice 700 1990

Ok Guys,
I have a 1990 745 ti. I plan on redoing the engine, Overbore Block to the next size, New Turbo cam from Ipd, Rebuilt T25 Turbo. New 3 inch exhaust, bigger cat with only a supertrapp muffler at the end. I want to put in an MSD Fuel pump Voltage booster but Iam not sure if it would work. The M46 Standard Transmission is being redone and thinking about a limited slip diffrential if there is one around.

Now I need to know should increase the fuel system some other way?
Should I upgrade to the new turbo cam from the VX I have?

Please help me Do up my car to a more faster volvo
