1984 245 B23F No Start ...But I can make it start for 15 seconds if I pull 25amp fuse 200 1984

My 1984 245 with B23F will not start.....It will crank over and over put will not start up...However I can make it start by doing the following .....
1. Try starting ..no go
2. Pull 25amp fuse from engine compartment
3. Try to start ....yippy starts and runs for 15 seconds at high idle and stalls
4. Try starting again...no go....
5. Plug 25amp fuse back in...
6. Try starting...yippy starts for 5 seconds and stalls...
7. Try starting again...no go....
8. Pull 25amp fuse again...
9. Try starting engine...yippy starts and runs for 15 seconds and stalls....

I can keep repeating this all day.....what's up......I though the engine would not start with the 25amp fuse pulled....
I am at a lost......Car was running fine and then it just would not start after sitting for 2 hours.....It's been 2 weeks now...
