960 power steering noise 900

Hi Everyone,

I have a '93 960 with 78K miles. It's making a squealing sound when I turn the steering wheel with the car at a stop. The fluid level is fine and the serpentine belt is new. Could it be the power steering pump? I've also noticed a pulsation in the steering when turning slightly at higher speeds ( like going around turns on the interstate). Any ideas?
