Rough idle 900

Greetings! For the first 5 minutes after starting, my 960 idles very rough, knocks and stays at low rpm's. After it warms up and I start to drive the engine runs smooth, but if I have the A/C on the blower puts out very little air while I'm accelerating. It blows normal when I coast. What could be the problem?
