Parking Brake Shoe Install--1993 964 900

While replacing my rear rotors (which took lots of work on one side) I managed to knock off the shoe material on one parking brake shoe. I've got a new set of four (FCP GROTON $25), so my question is this: difficult job? Do I need to do all four at once or will just the one side suffice. Currently I have no operable parking brake because of this. Any help would be appreciated.
