Trailer Hitch Bolts for OEM hitch 200 1990

I am trying to find a source for the 14 x 2 x 120mm bolts needed to mount the OEM trailer hitch to my 1990 240 sedan. These bolts need to be full thread. I have been able to locate proper size/pitch and length at several suppliers - but they only have partial threads - and I need bolts with threads for the full length of the bolt.

Does anyone know where I can get two of these bolts?? I tried my local Volvo dealer - but he says they don't sell them - they only come as part of the full hitch kit.

Appreciate any help
